This new rumor, which was discussed by Collider's Jeff Sneider on his podcast, hints that Dafoe's version of Green Goblin will be back as the main villain of the film, despite dying in Raimi's first Spider-Man movie. This latest rumor claims fans may once again see the original Green Goblin, played by Willem Dafoe in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy, finally make an appearance in the MCU.
